Go Media Group Ltd ("Go Media", "we", "us") provides custom software architecture, systems automation, SOP digitization, and growth infrastructure for commercial service operators in the United Kingdom. All client engagements are governed by formal Phase 1 Master Services Agreements (MSA) and Statement of Work (SOW) documents detailing specific deliverables, integration milestones, and service levels.
Unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing, upon final settlement of milestone invoices, all bespoke source code, database architectures, tailored software modules, and documented Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) engineered exclusively for the client become the sole and exclusive intellectual property of the client.
Go Media Group guarantees zero proprietary vendor lock-in, ensuring clients retain unrestricted access to their production codebases, deployment configurations, and operational data.
We treat all client operational metrics, dispatch schedules, financial structures, customer lists, and business workflows as strictly confidential information. Go Media Group operates under mandatory mutual Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA) with every client partner before conducting in-depth systems audits or accessing live production databases.
While Go Media Group builds resilient, enterprise-grade cloud systems with automated redundancies, clients acknowledge that third-party infrastructure providers (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Stripe, Twilio) may undergo scheduled maintenance or unforeseen downtime beyond our direct control.
